Rockwatch: Tegg’s Nose Rocks Geology Open Day, Macclesfield, Cheshire

Sunday 7 June Walk 10.30 – 11.30 followed by geological activities till 2.30

A chance to walk the ‘Tegg’s Nose Rocks!’ trail in the company of experts to help you to spot evidence of recent Ice Ages or ripples from a river flowing some 325 million years ago! Join Susan Brown, local geologist Kate Riddington and Country Park Ranger, Martin James, for a fun family day exploring the geological history of the park and wider Cheshire Plain.
