Birds are Baby Dinosaurs According to Harvard Researchers

A study at Harvard University analysing the shape of the skulls of modern birds relative to their dinosaur ancestors suggests a close similarity between the bird skulls and juvenile dinosaurs.

The scientists postulated that birds may have come about through  progenesis, a process whereby animals become sexually reproductive much earlier – birds do indeed become mature much quicker than their dinosaur ancestors.
